• The cell ensures "Gender equality and addresses if any grievances" arises from women students, staff and employees.
• Women and girls represent more than half of the TEC population and therefore also more than half of its potential, in achieving Goals of TEC.

Objectives

• To identify areas where there is need for upgradation, search for source of technology, select appropriate technology, upgrade the technology and then teach it to the identified groups.
• To conduct seminar, workshop to impart knowledge of opportunities and tools available and train the women.
• To impart entrepreneurial skills to women by making them aware of skilled knowledge, management skills, salesmanship and finance.
• Organize events related to International Womens Day and other related activities
