This online payment system is provided by Ahopez Innovations (edutoolz) on behalf of the College to facilitate the payment of academic fees through a secure and convenient online platform.
By using this online payment facility, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with any transaction on this platform.
General Terms
- Payment Provider: All online fee payments are processed by Ahopez Innovations (edutoolz), acting as the official technology partner for the College.
- Jurisdiction: The country of domicile for Ahopez Innovations *(edutoolz) is India.
- Acceptance of Terms: Use of the online payment facility constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Changes: The College and Ahopez Innovations (edutoolz) reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Fee Payment Terms
- Payments are accepted only in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Fees must be paid in full and in advance, as applicable for the relevant academic services.
- Fee amounts and payment timelines are determined by the College and are subject to change without prior notice.
- No subscription-based services are offered.
- All transactions are one-time payments for academic or administrative purposes.
Transaction Processing
- The user is responsible for entering accurate payment information, including student details, registration number, and amount.
- The College and Ahopez Innovations (edutoolz) are not liable for:
- Payments sent to the wrong account due to incorrect user input.
- Payment failure due to declined cards, network issues, or banking errors.
- Any consequential loss due to payment processing delays or errors.
