The college Grievance Redressal Committee will monitor and try to resolve grievances relating to students and staff at the College level.

Our Process

  • The complaint if any received will be forwarded to the said committee.
  • The said committee will look into the complaint and will call the concerned complainant personally for a hearing.
  • Students and staff can submit their grievances either directly to the Principal or to a committee member by dropping them in the complaint and suggestion boxes placed in all academic blocks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. To accept written grievances from students related to the system.
  2. Redressal of Students' Grievances to solve their academic and administrative problems.
  3. To co-ordinate between Students and Departments to redress the grievances.
  4. To guide ways and means to the students to redress their problems.
  5. Forwarding grievances to relevant departments to ensure expert handling.
  6. Following up on issues until they are fully and satisfactorily resolved.
  7. Respecting the confidentiality of grievances to protect the privacy and trust of complainants.
